Our Kentucky House

Sadly to say, our house in Lexington is still for sale. We were originally asking $127,500 for it. Another house, identical to ours, sold for this price with no upgrades. We thought it would sell pretty fast with our newly remodeled kitchen and walk in closet in the master bedroom. We have had a lot of activity on it but still no offers. We have been lowering the price every month and just dropped it to $119,500! This is a steal! If we can't sell it by December, it will become a rental. Please if you know of anyone looking to buy a house in Lexington, send them to look at our place! The only negative response we've gotten on the house is that the neighbors are too close. Although they are very close, we've never had a problem with them, at all. They are great neighbors and quiet! If we had stayed in Kentucky, we would have been very happy to stay in that house.
