Highest Mountain is Mt.Apo in Mindanao at 9692 feet (Which I would love to climb before we move, we'll see.)
Lowest Elevation is obviously Sea Level
Languages: There are over 171 native languages in the country, some of which are Tagalog, Cebuano, Ilokano, Hiligaynon, Waray-Waray, Kapampangan, Bikol, Albay Bikol, Pangasinan, Maranao, Maguindanao, Kinaray-a, and Tausug

Highest Elevation 7,400 feet
Lowest Elevation 3,117 feet
Language: A variation of Tagalog (pronounced [te'ga:log])

Interesting facts you found there. I thought there were only 97 languages (I was way off). Ilocano and Kampampangan are the craziest languages I heard there. The dollar has sure depreciated as well. When I was there in 2005 you could get 56 pesos for every one US Dollar. Let me know if you decide to climb the highest peak...I've heard that Mindanao can be a scary place for Americans (FYI).

Jamie! Yeah, we moved to Baguio the first part of July. I wish we could have hooked up while I was in town. Our visit was cut short.
